Brought a thrifted jacket in with a few stains that I couldn’t seem to get rid of. These guys were able to remove all the marks! Took more than 1 attempt but they made sure the stains were gone ( free of charge). Thanks guys!
Terrible customer service! I had a jacket that needed to be sent out. I wasn’t contacted when the jacket came back to the dry cleaner. However I was left a rude, message asking when I was going to pick up the jacket.

Though there was a technical glitch with computers and it was a bit frustrating with timing of items but Natalie was so amazing and helpful , we sorted all out and it was a still a good experience overall.
Bonnie has perfected the art of alterations. She’s a celebrity in our household. She knew exactly what I wanted with the taper and hem on my suit pants and my fiancés dress alterations.
