Went in the store to return a product, less than 24 hours later, there was there wasn’t a soul in there and The employee gave me so much grief upon returning and unopened package along with a receipt. . I don’t recommend going to this particular at this M&Ms ever again!! I know I won’t !
Always well stocked and the staff are friendly and professional! No pushy salesmanship, just helpful and sweet staff who are great with suggestions and know their products.
If I could give 10 stars I would. The young lady whom help me Thursday was so helpful with my recipe we discussed it for a hour..... Right... lol Thank the Dip was a great substitute for salad dressing.
I’m really not sure what’s happening at this location. This past year +, to ask a question is like walking on eggshells. I just saw the latest update, a week ago, about one of our ‘go to’ meals and they’ve changed the meat now, resulting in tough meat that’s not as it was before and compromised the taste too. Also since they lost the account with the potato sides, they’re yet to find a replacement. That’s been over 2 years or more. They’ve lost my business in that area and according to others M&M advocates, I spoke with them about how the original potato sides are gone and whatever they brought in ‘new’ to replace them is not at all close. Yes the store is clean but more important to me is how the staff interacts and responds to customers & inquiries, in a kind manor and with honesty. It is apparent that customer care is not at all regarded any longer. I used to feel so happy to give this company business and all the while, sharing it with others but now I’m left frustrated, unfulfilled, disappointed and rushed away on the phone or when I go in, some staff are short, curt and not at all interested in how your experience in the store is going. When I’ve asked for direction, they point in an annoyed fashion and turn away their faces. M & M’s new way of taking your money; ‘Do everything yourself, don’t ask questions, look it up on Google, “you must be you doing things wrong on the site”, or “I can’t help you place your order”, pay more +++ “oh that’s only for these exceptions” (tiny print of course) No compassion to assist people at all. Little or no attempt to assist a person on a possible solution. They stand behind the cash desk and yell across the room, ‘Did you need help with something?” Then they point. Or put their head down looking at the screen to avoid eye contact. Not to mention talking about customers to each other (while standing in the back room with the door open) You can see the accusatory expression on their faces and hear it in their voices, as they speak. NEVER did I treat customers this way. No matter what, I ensured the customer was at least appeased, not disregarded with “its policy” “I just work here, I don’t make the flyer”. How is it okay to treat other humans this way and not left feeling wrong or useless?. This is the new entitlement I see coupled with self absorbed righteousness. So very sad. If I, as a customer, struggle in following your system and rules, it is an opportunity for me to learn something new, not to be chastised or left hanging in a state of ‘what just happened?!’ and don’t let the door hit you on the way out.’ The text response (below this review) will direct me to contact a manager/franchisee in private email, where they can hide behind a keyboard and will surely pass blame on staff and also to me, the customer. THAT is counterproductive. Retrain your people PLEASE! At least address the customers face to face with some compassion and understanding when they’re there. Listen long enough to hear them. Go that extra mile if needed. Step out of the robotic business box. A little kindness and an extended gesture goes alot farther than you’d expect!
Was at the Mistletoe Market (crafts) at Milton Mall, when after lunch I needed an ice cream fix. Google Mapped "ice cream", and M&M showed up. Went to the company website and saw chocolate ice cream sandwiches, 6 for $11.99. Walked over and got them, and me and my business partner enjoyed every bite. Five stars! When you need an ice cream fix, Try M&M's box of six.?
Always pleasant people when looking for something. They never rush you and always seem to be very happy to see customers. Nice clean and well stocked store.
