I switched my auto insurance over from aviva and got a quote from Harpreet at the Milton Office. He reduced my auto insurance and then also switched my home insurance. Unfortunately i had an accident 2 months into the policy. I called Harpreet and he guided me throught the whole claim process and also assured me my rate wont go up because he had added first at fault claim waiver on my policy. Very Professional and friendly agent who genuinly likes to help his clients. Recommend him to all my friends and family.
I woul give ZERO starts if that was an option. Some agents are really good, others, as bright as a door knob. Received worst customer service from Durdana Imtiaz and Krysia. On my next renewal - i am taking my business away to a different agency. Not staying with people who don't know how to treat their clients.
Ripping of customers and worst customer service and experience
Worst service ever I have seen, they charge customer for their errors mistakes, they dont know what they are doing, communication problem and their manager never call you back
