We still don't know after asking since October why they keep taking money from my son's bank account. Asked Heather to call me three months ago, still waiting. I have been with her office for years, had to leave;issue still not solved. Just got notice they are taking another 356.00 on the 19. They have now dumped it on another office. One star is over rating this office.
