The hotel is very outdated and has not undergone renovations recently. The elevator broke down while we were staying here. We didnt have hot water in our room this morning. The tv was so fuzzy it was hard to see the picture. On the bright side the staff have been very friendly and helpful.
Easy access of the 401. Close to 407. Clean rooms. Well staffed. Good service. Would stay there again.
Great clean rooms and friendly staff. Restaurant has great food and a good selection of beer and drinks. Been staying here for 3yrs and its my go to when in Milton.
Its an overnight business class kind of place not well suited to large wedding groups etc such as the one we were part of. The restaurant experience was god awful I did address the serious concerns I had with the restaurant manager and the front desk so I'll leave it at that in hoping they make some adjustments. Watch what you book many of us paid thr same price for vastly different sized rooms. Ours was one of the smallest I have ever stayed in and didnt smell great either...kind of like the used hockey equipment bag that was probably in there before us.
Although I had passed this particular hotel many times I often wondered about how good it would be. Well, it was a great stay. From the staff to the room cleanliness to the quietness, I was really impressed and would recommend it to anyone.
