Under renovation. So lobby not accessible. But living areas clean and comfortable. Breakfast adequate. 24 / 7 gym. Service excellent. Overall very good experience for the price.
There's a lot of renovation going on all over this hotel. It's quite loud during the day and the lobby area all the way to elevators has dust and debris in different places. Having said that, the rooms are brand spanking new. So you do get a decent deal there. And the staff is super nice and are trying their best to compensate for the inconveniences. I'd probably stay here again.
They were doing construction while we were there. The iron had some black stuff on it which stained my shirt. We asked the staff to bring 2 pillows for our friend who stayed on the pullout couch because the bedding wasn't stored in the room. They only brought 1 pillow although it didn't really bother our friend. The room was large. The breakfast was adequate.
Stayed there for the second time. Rooms are after renovations so you will enjoy fresh and clean.Good customer service again.
This place is under construction and should be offering a discount. No pool, no front entrance, back door unlocked and having to pass the gauntlet of smokers is not my idea of a pleasant place to stay. Moving across the street the Marriott next week. Maybe after the construction ends it should improve......
