When we call no answer we called many times but no answer 2nd day again I called many times once she picked up and told me come for walkin clinic no need appointment come here 8:50 I came here early ay 8:40 and now it's 9:05 am but door is still locked and no one is here .there web site trimming is 9 am but they should need to change it now it's 9:10 am noone is here .very bad service .
I’ve been seeing Dr. Hajas for over 10 years and she’s always been amazing.. kind, thorough, and truly caring. She helped me through everything and even saved my life with a diagnosis. Reception has been good and is slowly improving. Grateful to have Dr. Hajas as my doctor!! ?
Why does reception never answer or return calls? I have had great experience with Dr Deen.However, it takes forever to reach him for an appointment as calls are never answered nor returned
There is no good communication between front desk and doctor always takes a lot of time on your appointment to see the doctor even today she reject to see patients.
DONT BOTHER. You’ll spend every attempt you see him at the walk in clinic. Absolute excuse for a family doctor and MD. My entire family has been patients of Dr. Deen for over 5 years and we have never had a pleasant experience. Every attempt to contact the office is left to voicemail. Which will be returned in 1-2 weeks if they don’t skip you like has happened on multiple occasions. The covid excuse has been over for a too long. My family members and I have desperately driven to the clinic to get In contact with DR.Deen and he is no where to be seen with a schedule of how he chooses to come and go as he pleases. He just recently notified us that he will be moving in 2+ months to oakville and without any further information i contracted Pnuemonia last week. All contacts have been denied. Arrived at the clinic and now he is only there in Milton on Fridays (good luck seeing him). These people do not care. He is understaffed and over worked with his client list.
Dr. Deen is AMAZING! However, the clinic is run poorly by the other staff. I've been a patient here for 3 years now, and the receptionist has NEVER received my call. They barely call you back, and you have to keep calling for days for the receptionist to actually talk to you. Edit: I initially gave 1 star but have changed it to 5 stars now (Jan 2025). For the last 2+ months, all of my calls were answered by the new staff, and it seems like they took the complaints seriously :) Thank you, team!
Excellent service as always from Dr. Deen and Megan. To me and my family, they are indeed an excellent depiction of very knowledgable and trustworthy healthcare professionals ! Always ready to accommodate my young family whenever the need arises. Words aren’t enough to express how lucky and grateful we are to be under their care. Highly recommend!
