Absolutely the best walk-in experience I have ever had in my entire life my daughter has been sick for a few days and I really needed to get her in and wasn't able to go to my family doctor I had to pick my other daughter up from school at 3:00 they called me and told me to come right in and they made us a priority and took us right in the doctor was absolutely incredible with my very picky three year old the entire staff was friendly and amazing and I am so appreciative seriously thinking about changing my family doctor thank you so much to all of the staff This should be a 10 star review !!!!
Good clinic, the pharmacy is very nice and guide us clearly. DR Sadaf is very kind and professional, place is clean and well managed. I highly recommend this Clinic.

The receptionists are always so friendly and helpful. So are the pharmacists. The wait is never too long and they are always accommodating. Highly recommend!
The reception staff need to learn about patient care and mannerism of handling patients. My wife was made to sit for 40 mins to see the doctor only find out that she could have gotten the shot from the reception staff as well. The doctor also being surprised with this apologized however this person kept being rude and didn't have the decency to take ownership of their mistake and kept being rude. I hope the management takes notice of this and hires better skilled employees
The management at this clinic is unprofessional and inconsiderate of people's time. On two occasions, I was given an appointment only to find that the doctor was not available when I arrived. It is extremely frustrating to take time off work and rearrange other commitments, only to discover that the appointment has been canceled without any prior notice. This level of unprofessionalism is deeply disappointing.
The is the best medical clinic in Milton. Everyone from the reception to the pharmacist and Dr. Naqvi are amazing and highly professional. They treat you with respect and listen patiently to your concerns, something that a sick person would appreciate greatly and that has become really sparse with medical clinics nowadays.
