I wanted to share how fantastic Kylo was while helping me with my Christmas gifts. She was incredibly patient and took the time to answer all of my many questions without ever making me feel rushed. Kylo is friendly, respectful, and truly goes above and beyond to provide great customer service. It was such a pleasant experience, and I really appreciated her help.

Prices are crazy. Went in to look at a rain jacket. And its was almost $400 no thanks. Every time I go in there they have nothing in stock what they have is way over priced. Better to just skip the store all together.

I had bad experiece to buy bicycle for my youngest son. There was a gear issue created just after purchase. I went there to fix it and told that i am going on vacation and can get it upon my arrival they said ok .But when i came back i went ther to get it they refused me with a lame excuse that its our policy. The manager is very rude. So policy is beyond humanity. My son was crying there but they are not listening.
Received excellent customer service from Safeen. Arrived not long before closing and needed running shoes with specific fit issues. Shoe department was busy but he was knowledgeable, attentive and friendly.
