Terrible client service. I've been a client for almost 4 years, and reduced from 3 storage units to 2 storage units..and then found out via my bill that my monthly price INCREASED. I've always paid my unit on time (via pre-auth credit card), and never given them any problems...they have my cell phone number and my address...they claim they sent a notice of price change in the mail- nothing ever received. This is not the way to treat your valued clients! I will be shutting down all of my units and moving them to somewhere that values clients and their business.
