Third time in the store and I'll never be back. Terrible customer service. When I asked to speak to the manager the staff member helping me said that they didn't have one. Well, you can tell!
Lovely service! Even tho there were technical problems then I decided on a bigger storage space, everyone who helped me had a smile and were super friendly. This is a new space so everything smells freshly painted and it's super clean too.
Don't know if it's me but all U-Haul stores are extremely nice! Next level customer service other businesses should learn.
Very quick and efficient. Clear and provided a good truck as scheduled. Found an 8 dollar charge once returned truck on my visa. Spoke to the lady at the counter and told her I never used the Dolley and bags, refunded the charge no hassle. Good service. Deffinetly use again.
Terrible service, I spent 2 hours waiting for the staff to find my u -box (I called the day before to let them know I will pick it up). Unvelibable, I just can't believe how this people are doing business
