Amazing service. Abdullah helped me find a plan that works best for me, and walked me thru step by step on how to change the plan. Overall 10/10 out of experience, better than any other Telus store I’ve been too.
All I can say is …… its worth the drive to Milton Mall! Alex was so generous with his time and fixed my issue with a smile and timely!! I spent over an hour frustrated arguing with an online Koodo chat bot!! Never again. Thank You Alex for great service today!!

I would not go anywhere else except Milton Mall for my Telus or Koodo services. Every time I went there, Alex has always been so polite, helpful and patient.
