Fast, Helpful, and Professional! Months ago, I had a faulty hard drive I bought from Apple. I went to Apple’s service, but unfortunately, they couldn’t help me and didn’t even explain what the problem was. Then I discovered Tik Tech Electronics, and it was truly a great experience. My phone's charging port and headphone jack were not working properly for many months, and they quickly cleaned it up to get it working - no need for repair (and didn't charge me anything for the cleaning). Even quoted me a lesser price than other shops on replacement of the charging port and headphone jack (in case it turned out that I would need to replace them). Been here before for issues with a laptop also, these guys are great, I would easily recommend their services.

I recently cracked the back glass of my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I’ve called around to a few places for prices and such and some wouldn’t even take on the challenge of replacing the glass on the back. The issue being the wireless charging could be affected. I came to Tic Tech In Milton from Oakville because they were so kind on the phone as well as the cost was more than reasonable. They made me aware of the possible issues that could take place with replacing the back (the wireless charger may not work due to the factory attachment to the casing. Feeling confident with their transparency and now knowing the worst case scenario, I agreed. They had my phone back to me within 24 hours and it’s working like a dream. Wireless charging’s working and everything. I couldn’t be happier! I will be recommending this place to friends and family and coming to them myself in future. I had a charging port that needed to be replaced and not only was it fixed within under half the time other stores estimated, it was also the most reasonably priced out of the 6 stores i called. They even worked past closing hours to ensure i had my device back as soon as possible. Friendly service, great communication and fast results.
Not sure they have the best prices! the nice guy over there wanted to charge me $25 for a SIM card slot, I told him I'd think about it. Guess what, I was able to get it for $5 somewhere else!
They repaired my notorious Nexus 5 power button problem and they did the repair in such a short turn around! We're it not for them I'd likely be buying a new phone. THANK YOU TIK TECH!
