We got into an accident on Nov 18 & our insurance recommended Fix Auto. Our insurance arranged the drop off & Fix Auto was great with updating us about how long it would take & how much the appraisal was. We picked up our vehicle this morning, ahead of schedule, & they had washed it & cleaned the interior. We are so impressed & happy with our repairs & having our car back in perfect condition. Fix Auto has gained customers for life, whether it’s through insurance or not, we will always return to Fix Auto. Thank you to the incredible team!
I had such a great experience with Fix Auto Milton. The front desk female was so nice and always welcomed. The other staff members checked my car and made it look like brand new. I was sideswiped on the highway and had to get my car repaired through my insurance. It was sent to this location for a quote and repairs. Not only was I greeted with courtesy and all-around a great customer experience. I was also given exceptional service with regards to my repairs. The owner went above and beyond to get my repairs done and even went in on the weekend when he wasn’t supposed to even be open. The owner was incredibly accommodating and was extremely fair and had my best interest in mind from the beginning to end. Thank you, Frank , and the rest of the team for being over the top Exceptional!!! I would recommend everyone I know friends, family anybody I would talk to, these guys are the real deal… hats off to you all!!!

Summary; I can't say enough good things on how Kevin helped me with an non-insured repair. Helped me save money and was very honest. Back story; I went in today to get a quote on replacing a broken side view mirror on my audi. I initially called around and got a hold of Kevin. He offered to quote me with photos via email to save me the trip. I decided to go in to get an accurate quote. I had such a positive experience I just wanted to give credit where it was due by posting it. Kevin was so very helpful and welcoming. He walked to my car saw the damage, and instead of offer to replace the entire assembly, he did some digging to identify what parts needed replacing. He took a picture of the VIN went inside had me sit with him and walked me through the repair process. He called around getting pricing for the parts, which ended up being very expensive. He then advised me other places I can find them cheaper, and then he was such a gentleman he wanted to make sure I got home safe, he cleaned the mirror with some power degreaser, and affixed the mirror in place much better than I could because he understood the inner working of the coupling. And then we affixed it using a temporary measure. He gave me other additional tips and stayed with me the entire time to make sure I knew my options and then bid me farewell. I am so very thankful for the positive experience and will be coming to FixAuto Milton for all future issues. The type of honesty, and kindness that Kevin offered to me is rare and I am very thankful to him for spending time in the burning sun even though I wasn't a customer yet.
Frank and Kevin detailed the work they would perform with me when they quoted, and even sent pictures sharing the progress which really put me at ease. Very professional and right on time! They gave me it back cleaner then I left it and looking like knew. Finding quality body work can be stressful. Not with this company, a respectable class act I wouldn't hesitate to chose again.
