Worst experience ever—promised a courtesy car but backed out, delayed repairs, forced me to e-transfer due to a “broken” card terminal, and I found new scratches on my car when I finally picked it up. Rude, unprofessional, and completely unreliable.
I just had the BEST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE at Pro Colour Collision. This morning I noticed a front panel on my car had snapped open so I dropped in to see if someone could take a look at it. I was greeted warmly by Leeann who immediately came out to check out the problem and then had a technician fix it within 10 minutes and was ready to go. Outstanding service and support team ! Brought in my Acura RDX to get the turn lights fixed. Since it was dangerous for me to drive the vehicle without the turn lights they took it in right away and got it fixed !
