It’s nice to see Arsalan back. He’s so thorough and kind. Taha and Neha are great to deal with too. Rogers as a company isn’t, but this review is based off the store. I try not to burden the staff here with issues, but the call centres have started out sourcing and it seems like their get the bare minimum in training. So sometimes you’re forced to go to the store. At least they know what they’re doing here.
Some advice. Please hire some professional and efficient sales reps. This store is just ridiculous and needs new management. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

omg i lit had a breakdown cuz i got a new phone and i accidentally messed up the sim thing idek how. so then i went to this rogers location and they were soooo helpful and fixed the issue in less than 10 mins. 10/10 service.
Very disappointing and unprofessional staff. While I was waiting in queue, the staff member at the counter finished serving the customer ahead of me. Instead of acknowledging me or asking about my query, she just ignored and while i asked for help, she immediately stated, “I am off, the next person will serve you”, and walked away. Both remaining staff members were busy at the time, and she did not make any effort to find out what I needed or guide me appropriately. This lack of basic courtesy and customer engagement created an unpleasant impression and made me feel that my time and presence as a customer were not valued. I believe simple acknowledgment and a willingness to assist, even briefly, would have made a significant difference.
amazing customer service. was helped by Arsalan and was in and out in 5 minutes. Had to transfer my e-sim to a new phone, and they made it super quick and easy. Thanks again!
