Staff was nice and really tried to help but the Telus services are terrible! DO NOT USE THEIR INTERNET AND CABLE SERVICES! Unless you want to pay for no services rendered and spend countless hours on hold while they give you zero answers other than blaming Bell as they use Bell's line 3rd party. It's an embarrassing service. We are 3 weeks in and nothing has worked from day one. They keep billing us though of course. As a positive...the cell phone service is decent and price is pretty good.
I had a really disappointing experience at this Telus location. The staff member I dealt with was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in resolving my issue. I expect better service and professionalism from a company like Telus.
I went to Telus today for help as I lost my sim accidentally last night. Ali who works there was super nice and very helpful. With Ali’s support and guidance, I was able to buy a new SIM card and swapped the sim to my phone number successfully.
I went in today with a lot of issues and Saad was really great. He helped me out immensely, he was working with me for 4 hours. He is extremely patient and he provided me with the best customer service I have ever received. Thank you Saad.
