They have one or two people working in the BUSIEST season when. All carriers only have the best deals for a select few days (black friday weekend, boxing day week), yet this place staffs only a single or two people, meaning wait times to see someone is 4-5 hours..

I have dealt with The Mobile Shop for the past 8+ years. Younus (manager) and staff are always very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to find the best deal for my family, even as far as reminding me when the device plans are up for renewal. They are very patient, attentive to my family's needs, supportive and helpful. I would highly remind them.
Management needs to visit this store and train the staff here. Been here twice in 2 weeks, the manager Younus and staff Doha refuse to acknowledge the PC Mobile prepaid plan and try to sell other plans. Now they've signed me up for $113 charge on a $29 prepaid plan. Guess what, they won't correct their mistake and want me to call up customer service.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. They are more helpful than the csr reps from Rogers, who told me to go to the retail outlet where I signed up with to fix my billing issues. Thanks yonas and team!
