I had a great experience at Chaddors. The owner and staff were so helpful and really took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for. We don’t have a store like this in Milton; one that offers both modest wear and elegant dresses, so it’s really nice to have a place like this nearby. Definitely worth checking out!
I was having a hijab emergency - chiffon hijab kept slipping. Went to this shop for the first time and what an amazing experience. Hafsah was so kind and understanding. She helped me choose a hijab that matched my outfit and then steamed it for me so I could wear the new hijab immediately. Best customer service experience ever. JazakhAllah Khairan to Hafsah. Chaddors is a such a hidden gem. This store carries several different traditional and modern pieces for eastern and western wear. I come here often to get some hijabs and co-ord sets, and they always carry a variety to choose from. They also have great customer service and I’ve found the associates are really helpful in helping you find what you’re looking for. Would highly recommend!
Worst customer service ever! My mom asked what is a comfortable scarf whe can advise us and she responded with what ever is comfortable for you. I cannot help you with that question and she went back to working. She was working at 3.25 on sat feb 10th. Horrible customer service, no hello , just attitude.... when i responded back and said said you can advise us something that is breathable or a best seller....she went on to say like the one she is wearing right now. I confronted her about her attitude and told her she did not have to speak to us the way she was. To which she responded are you done now. Terrible.
I used to like the owner of the store, but the new girl working there needs to learn some manners. She’s pretty rude. If she’ll stay there, there will definitely be consequences in the reviews of the store.
