My one star is being overly generous!! I have never been so disgusted with the lack of customer service!!! I spoke to cash about assistance and both personnel just ignored me! Wow! This store needs training on who actually pays the wages and understand without customers there is no work!
I bought a shoes from this store, steel toe shoes after one day of use, it hurts my toes، I came to return it and the maneger Mark he refused and he keeps on saying that they don't cover comfort!!!!!!! They don't store there shoes well that's way it getting hard and huts the feel. Don't buy from this store unless you want to buy broken shoes and waste your money. I will call the corporate tomorrow and I will update this review on what will happen.
Courtney is the best. She took the time to show me different boots and explain the best way to size check my boots. I walked in to plenty of stores and missed having someone knowledgeable that cares about the customer.
Worst experience with the cashier Lee. Remember how I mention Lee in specific. Messed up my whole transaction for a product where store manager agreed to a discount following a discrepancy with an online order. Lee kept shouting back at my “this transaction is a big mistake” repeatedly, having worked in retail I didn’t make a commotion in the store. She misrepresented the whole discount and told me it was done. And left, feeling ambiguous and under serviced. I only realized after looking at the receipts she had messed the whole transaction up and didn’t give me the discount the store manager told her to process. Store Manager on Duty today from 1 to 5 pm or somewhere around that time = fantastic. (Give her the raise she deserves) Lee = poor representation of Mark. (Would check her attitude out dear regional sales manager) I would not go to this store anymore because of this level of poor customer service from this cashier. Hire better Marks! I’m one of the customers that doesn’t want problems unless given some.
I had the pleasure of being helped by Courtney today and she made for a seamless shopping experience! She was a complete joy and very helpful allowing me to leave with a new pair of steel toe boots!
A great BIG shout out to 4 staff members today for helping me out to get a birthday gift together quickly. I forgot the young ladies name that looked for proper sizing on a top....(dark hair with glasses) THANK YOU!!! Also a BIG shout out to Faaez, Chetan and Hamza for taking the time to locate other items for the gift and a new MC card!!! The 4 young staff members were very attentive, knowledgeable and KIND. Happy New year to you all......Once again, THANK YOU & I shall see you all in 2024!
I had a great experience at this location. I don’t shop here too often but have a lot of men on my Christmas list so I had a few last minute things that I needed to pick up. Was surprised to be actually greeted by someone who was so kind and courteous as he walked by, found out after his name was Zane. I came in with a big bag from the dollar store bursting with wrapping paper etc and he ran to get me a basket to help me with my stuff, he was very friendly and checked in again after to see if I needed any help at all. at the cash register I was helped by Hamza k. He was over and above courteous and asked me how my day was and kept conversation going, very good experience by some kind young men during a hectic time of year they kept things chill and relaxed! Thanks guys for a great experience
