We bought bridal dress, and wedding suits for the mother and sister of the groom(me and my daughter). They have a very nice collection and Rabia was so helpful and friendly. Everyone at the wedding loved our clothes, especially the brides dress. I am so glad I did my shopping at Paisley and Bia’s !!!
Rabia is incredibly rude - she raised her voice and yelled at me in the store for taking a picture. I asked her before taking pictures and she said yes but once I started taking pictures she yelled very loud and told me I can’t take that many pictures. Terrible customer service - don’t go here unless you want to be disrespected
Rabia was incredible and her service goes beyond a business/client relationship. I had an urgent order that I needed placed for one of my wedding events, she went above and beyond to accommodate my requirements and put a rush order in so I could have the perfect outfit for my event. I highly recommend Paisley's and bia for all occasion clothing as the quality is impeccable and their service goes above and beyond. I will most definitely be buying future outfits from them. I have purchased 3 of my main wedding event outfits and I received countless compliments. Super happy with everything she made for me. She literally made my vision come true.
I came here from Michigan for a bridal appointment and the saleswoman was incredibly rude, didn’t believe that I had made an appointment although she herself texted me to confirm, and wouldn’t allow me to try more than two dresses. Very poor customer service. The quality of the dresses was not up to par with what I would expect from a bridal shop, either. The two dresses I was allowed to try on were dirty.
I really would like to give her a zero rating. Walked in, with 4 family members who need a Large size for dresses, asked if she had any outfits in Large when she said she only carried Small and Medium, never larges. Curiously asked why that was, and her response word for word "Large people don't spend money?". Who says that? That is so insulting! Left immediately.
Lady was very rude, the way she looked when we entered in the store was disgusting. Poor customer service and low quality dress with high prices. I will not recomend this store to anyone.
I have been going to Rabia for several years now but I was always buying non bridal clothing. This time I went to Paisleys for a bridal gown and I'm so glad that I went to Rabia. She was extremely helpful. She listened to my ideas and was able to create a perfect beautiful dress. I have never seen someone go through the efforts that she did to make sure that my dress turned out the way I wanted it. She stayed in touch with me all the way and even went through the whole process step by step. She was really patient and even made changes according to my needs. The dress and all the other outfits I purchased for my wedding turned out BEAUTIFUL and till today, I still get compliments about the outfits and I can't stop thinking about how beautiful the dress is. I can’t thank her enough. I would Definitely recommend this place for all bridal shopping, also non bridal too.
