I order from this place twice a week along with many of my coworkers in Milton, and they were good but as of most recent they have been making many mistakes with orders...Tonight I ordered 2 Pad sews and 2 steam dumplings.. I got home and 1 is really dark and the other is almost white?? Then we get 2 orders of fried dumplings.. I called and asked why.. they replied 1 has more sauce then the other?? I ordered 2 of the same item, therefore they should look the same! No point in arguing.They lost me and my wife as a customer and my colleagues as well. Thai house it is.
Worst Thai express location I have ever been to by far. Super small portion sizes and what I ordered tasted terrible. And I went back to try it again recently.I have seen this place purposely make peoples food too spicy when they don't like the customer or customer is being rude.Portion sizes are half that of other Thai Express Locations
I love Thai express but this is probably the worst location Ive ever been to. I ordered my meal and it was way too spicy...wasnt even eatable. Went back and told them and they stated that they do not give away free stuff and next time I should watch what I order. I like spicy food but theres a limit...and clearly this guy doesnt know. Also the prices are high for the portion you receive. I literally got 1 piece of chicken in my pad Thai. Never going back here again
I've been going here for about a year now. Normally it was hit and miss. In the last month, the owner has hired a great manager, and got rid of the dead weight. He has really helped step up their game. The quality is now consistent, and full of flavour. The new manager is very personable, and welcoming, and they have a solid team. If you had a bad review in the past, I highly suggest giving them a second chance. It's worth it.If you have a bad experience, ask for the managers contact. He, and the owner are working really hard to ensure that it's the quality you expect, and great customer service.
I dont think Ive ever had a bad dish here. Its always hot, cooked through and very tasty. I also love the service. They recognize me when Im there and are always happy. Theyve never screwed up my order, and sometimes even remember what I dont like in it. I would recommend them anytime. Sometimes when they are really busy they apologize for the wait when they really dont need to. I especially love their sauces! Keeps me coming back for more!
