Exceptional QUALITY, PRICE, SERVICE, & SPEED: Ram took over last year here. I can truthfully say he is the best mechanic I have ever encountered, and many people can attest to this. My dad has a bit of a background in automotives as well and let's just say Ram's work is perfection! He has multiple certifications, is extremely knowledgeable , patient, and courteous, and has a very calm and accommodating demeanour. He fixed other people's horrific work as well on my car as courtesy, the thing that made me choose him including my family and friends is his honesty and sincerety!!! I did not for a second feel like a transaction, he always gave me options, great advice, and open feedback. He did extra work for free and really helped me out, and did not care about where I went to get my car fixed or try to hassle me, he told me what would be best and left it at that, and finds ways to make my lifestyle or car situation work out. I feel extremely lucky to have stumbled onto this shop, the prices are affordable. Reviews are important when I go anywhere, and I can guarantee you will not go wrong going here, I hope that he never closes or moves :) I clearly have been blown away by his skills and customer service!
I had my 2008 Mazda 3 in the shop the other day for running rough. They told me that I needs to get a new engine computer. The total would come to $1200. I sent my car to Doug’s auto clinic. The best shop in Milton. Honest and great work. They checked it out. And found that it only needed spark plugs and ignition coils. After that it ran like new. Thanks a lot ram! I’ll be coming back again to this shop.
Competent, quick, reasonable and friendly. Doug was a pleasure to work with - always upbeat, quick to diagnose and address issues at rates notably below shops like CT. When I had a engine light on in my Fusion 2008, CT suggested $3000 worth or repairs because supposedly the entire ignition system had to go. Doug found that one of the gaskets was leaking oil into a cylinder - a $150 fix. NOTE: Doug has apparently retired in November (and the shop is ran by different people). Time will show if the rating still applies. Visit them with an open mind.

Have been dealing with the owner, Doug Barclay for years, now. He's always been a straight shooter, and fair guy to deal with. He calls it like it is and tells it like it is. He's one of the most trustworthy guys I know and a great mechanic.
After moving to Milton, taking my car to my previous mechanic at Keele and Shepphard was just not practical. Was referred to Doug through a family friend and my Husband and I couldn't be happier with the service we receive. Doug is honest, hardworking and an absolute pleasure to deal with. If you need your car repaired, you will be in great hands if you go to Doug. Amazing work and reasonable prices.
I was having issues with my car stalling when coming to a quick stop. I took it to another local shop I usually go to. They hooked up the machine and found no errors. When it came time to get an oil change I finally took my friends advice and took it to Dougs. I asked him to give it an oil change, tune up, and check out the stalling issue. He didn't find any issues with stopping but he did fine the walls of my front passenger tire was cracked and explode at any moment. He said he couldn't let me drive it away as is. I either needed new tires or put on my winter tires. I went with the latter. Doug was very personable and professional. In fact he even went above and beyond. The driver side door hadn't been shutting completely for almost 6 months. He didn't mention it or bill me for it. It wasn't until I locked the doors with the key fob and heard the car honk that I realized he had fixed it.
