I was on my way to work when my car suddenly started sending alerts about my engine speed, so I pulled over and called the shop. Even though they were busy, they squeezed me in right away. Within an hour, they called me with a full diagnostic and a clear, honest quote. As soon as I gave the go ahead, they got straight to work. When I arrived a little before they finished, they walked me through everything step by step and even showed me the water pump that had burst. Throughout the whole experience, they made me feel really comfortable, which meant a lot during a stressful situation. Highly recommend this mechanic for fast, reliable, and genuinely reassuring service!

I brought my suv for service ( bearings for one tire) they are over priced buy almost 100% . After doing the service , I decided to call Toyota directly and they would have charged me half of what this place did. Highly recommend to go somewhere else where the prices are a lot more affordable
I have to say I gave them two opportunities to fix their careless mistakes before I wrote this review. I took my car to Mater Mechanic in Oct for an airbag light check that was on my dash. After checking my car for a few mins, they told me that my brake pads and rotors needed changing and were in a non-safe driving condition. On Oct 13, 2022, I spent $1,500 to change the brake and rotors. On Oct 24, I opened the hood of my car and found out that the whole engine intake filter system was missing; they forgot to install the filter system (is that not a safety issue). When I called Master Mechanic, they casually told me that it was accidentally left out and was present in the garage. I asked them why they didn’t call me to let me know they had forgotten to install the car air filter system. I overlooked their mistake and didn’t post a review at that time; however, now my brakes were making a noise. I booked an appointment with them to take a look, and usually, they said that nothing serious was wrong with it; instead, I would need to spend another $250 to fix the calibre. After taking my car today (July 6, 2023) to my mechanic, he told me that they fixed the right side of the brake pads on the left side and the left side of the brake on the right side, which has led to premature wear of the shim brackets for which I will have to pay $275 to get fixed. Very frustrated, disappointed and upset with the extreme carelessness of this location of Master Mechanic and their attitude of not wanting to fix the issues that they created in the first place. Because of their careless work I have to pay $275 ( to get fixed what they broke), not fair! I am thinking of filing an official complaint with the Ministry of Transportation.
I was with one auto mechanic place for 14 years but became a little dissatisfied with their level of service towards the end. I had been to Master Mechanic in the past and was satisfied with their service and have now changed over to them. They are very efficient, and knowledgeable and give customers expert advice. They are friendly and welcoming. So far, I'm pleased with their level of service and I would recommend them to others,
Bad experience, unstrustworthy group! Seems like a good place but will lie straight to your face, be careful. They offer the free Drive Clean test service, but then scam you when it comes to repairs wouldn't recommend this place.
