My check engine light came on and I was concerned about making an upcoming long drive. Bob’s was recommended and I stopped by (no appointment) - amazing service! They scanned the code, checked the engine and oil and advised it was a sensor issue but safe to drive. When I went to pay they said no charge!

Been going to see Kevin and his techs for automobile service and repair for over a decade now... amazing team to deal with. Work is clean and they're more than trustworthy... Anyone I've recommended and brought over has been very happy with them. I've even had my car towed about 80km across Toronto to bring the car to Bob's auto.
I always appreciate Kevin and his staff. I had broken down while they were on Christmas break and had my vehicle towed to Bob's Auto. As soon as the staff returned, they were prompted to contact me and squeeze my vehicle in their busy schedule. They diagnosed my issue quickly and had it repaired in a cost-effective way for my budget. They also let me know what to possibly expect later on to help me save and budget for future repairs. They have always treated me respectfully and helped me fix my vehicle on my single parent tight budget in a timely manner. I recommend Bob's Auto to all of my friends.
One of the best auto shops I’ve personally been to. Quoted price for parts and service was very fair and the team worked very swiftly to resolve my car’s issue. They went above and beyond by doing small tasks which were not even asked of them. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
I have been a loyal customer at Bob's Auto for many years with many vehicles. I phoned today to inquire about installing a front crash sensor on my 2009 Nissan Rogue (and a couple of other small things like clearing codes). I was initially told no problem and made an appointment for next week. A short time later I get a call back from Kevin saying this job is too involved and they cannot do it. I asked if he looked it up on his system and he said yes. I was surprised as everywhere I have seen it seemed to be a fairly simple job. I said ok and hung up. I called another shop and they told me the billing for replacement is 0.8 hours. I can only assume they were not going to make enough money out of me so didn't want the job (they did not explain). I have referred many people to this shop as I have always known them to be honest. This is the first time Kevin was ever rude to me on the phone. Extremely disappointed.
Yes, service here costs a bit more and it's sometimes hard to get through on the phone, because they're busy - busy doing great work and explaining what your options are. I've NEVER been pushed to buy a premium part here and they always explain the cost, warranty and quality differences between options. I don't hesitate to bring my vehicle to these guys for anything non-trivial
