I've been bringing my cars to True Tech Auto Repair Shop for years, and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else. Paul and his team are incredibly reliable, honest, and skilled. Whether it's a routine cbeck oil or a bigger repair, they always take the time to explain what's going on and give fair, transparent pricing. I never feel pressured or upsold—just treated with respect and genuine care. It's rare to find a mechanic you can truly trust, and I'm grateful to have found that here. Highly recommend!
One of the nicest, honest and reliable shops around. Paul has always been incredibly helpful. Went to a place closer to home- sold us some BS on needed thousands of dollars of repairs. Went and saw Paul- turns out the other shop was full of it. Paul and his team are great. Won’t be going anywhere else from now on.
First of all, I’m not a guy who does reviews because I value better the face to face interaction but this review is to make right an error of a previous review. My wife is the owner of the 2013 red Ford escape which was taken last week for a service. (Over 3k service as it was well stated) My sister in law (Kayla) wrote a very bad review without me or my wife knowing and manifested that they abused of my wife’s vulnerable condition. I think this was a misunderstanding of the situation and I just want to make clear that this was not the case, nobody abused her or took advantage and that all the work done was approved beforehand by us. The four stars are because I definitely think is overpriced but I also consider it’s a correct job well done. I am leaving this review because is the right thing to do. These guys aren’t abusive or rude at all. I have always spoken to Paul and more recently to Alan and they both know what I’m saying here it’s the reality. Hope this comment helps to make things straight for them as a business and it helps preserve their reputation online.
Our car's wind wipper stopped working on our way to Toronto, we stopped by for help. They kindly helped us screwed the lose wind wipper. We really appreciate their generosity! God bless them! !
This is a business with a heart! We had a flat tire on our way to Montreal and all tire stores were booked up including True Tech Auto Repair! This didn’t stop Paul from trying to help us out! He called several places trying to find the right size tires. Luckily his daughter Stephanie was there and drove us to the local Canadian Tire store where we purchased new tires. We brought them back to Paul’s shop and his team installed! Paul refused to charge us for his service! Now that’s what I call a business and family with a big heart! Highly recommend this business for all your automotive needs in the Milton area!!!

Hello to all. I am a Police Officer with the Halton Regional Police Service. I heard about Paul and True Tech Auto a few years back from fellow officers at work. I had been told that Paul and his staff Dave, Steven, Spencer are the most knowledgeable and trusting people that one could find in this industry. So I decided to give them a try and started to bring my 2011 Hyundai Sonata to them for all of its servicing. I was completely blown away to actually see this level of honesty and caring at True Tech Auto. I am 55 years old and have been to many garages and dealerships and I can unequivocally tell you that Paul and his staff are the most caring, honest and knowledgeable mechanics I have ever seen. Most garages and dealerships will rip you off by doing not needed repairs. No at True Tech Auto. Paul will tell you what is needed and not needed to keep your car running well. They have saved me literally thousands of dollars. This past July, my Hyundai Sonata experiences difficulties that were related to a recall from Hyundai Canada. I had my vehicle towed to True Tech Auto. Paul examined the vehicle. He told me the issue and the fact that this problem is covered by Hyundai Warranty. He advised me to have it towed to a local Hyundai dealership. I was skeptical about Hyundai fixing my car as it had 200,000 kms on it. But i had nothing to lose. For no extra charge, Paul had my vehicle towed to the Hyundai dealership. And lo and behold, Hyundai actually fixed my car as Paul had told me that they would. This kind of honesty, caring from a private auto garage is unheard of in this day and age. A lot of other garages would have just done the expensive repairs by themselves and I would have been out thousands of dollars. But there is Paul's honesty that actually saved me from a tremendous loss and headache. Paul and his crew have kept my car purring in the last few years. They have saved me thousands of dollars. Please do not hesitate to bring your car to Paul and his crew at true Tech Auto. They will treat you with honesty and respect and save you hundreds of dollars as well.
