Friendly service, good food for a decent price. Lots of sports games on the TV, a sports bar and good sized patio for nice days. Family oriented menu. Nachos were good, certainly didn't skimp on the toppings. It came to the table a little under heated - the cheese wasn't melted beyond the first layer and the toppings were underneath the chips and cold. But the server took it back to the kitchen to warm it through with no complaint and it was demolished when it returned to our table. Yum. The starter size was plenty for our family of 4. Pizzas and mains arrived a bit early but that was probably because we sent the starter back. Overall no complaints.
I am a regular here. The food is good and fairly priced, and the facility is always well kept and clean. The main reason that I am a regular customer though, is because of the staff. It doesn't matter what day or whether the place is busy or slow, the staff in the sports lounge are always terrific. Everyone is greeted with a smile and a welcome. They are well versed in BP's menu and drinks etc. All staff are polite and professional. I think that three of your staff need a special shout out: Dan, Lauren, and especially Stephanie. Keep up the good work.
We had a great overall experience. Colin the General Manager was probably the nicest manager for a franchise I've met in a while! Only downside was there weren't many servers and we had a new server she did really well but it seemed they were understaffed and we had some waiting time and the server forgot our bag with the takeout containers. So we packed everything and forgot our leftovers on the table since we didnt see a bag eitherThanks Colin for being Awesome!
Dear Boston Pizza, To whom it may concern. I am writing this letter to say the following. I have been coming into the Boston Pizza Milton location for about 8 to 9 months altogether but steady now for about 4 months. This bar felt different the day I first came in to it. I watched the employees and found a family type atmosphere amongst them. The more I became a regular the more the staff on the bar made me feel like I was at home, so I became a regular more and more. The more I came in I feel like I was let into their family. I have been in many bars in Milton and never had this feeling. Stephanie has a very true and genuine hear and that comes through. She is a sweetheart to boot. She is everyones favourite as well. Lauren is a great people person and that comes through as well. Allie always makes you feel like a friend and at home. Daan always makes you feel welcome and always shakes your hand. My compliments to your staff. They are the best there is and I mean that sincerely! So I say in closing, if a bar wants to know how to train their staff, come and watch the bar staff at Milton Boston Pizza and learn how its done! They all deserve a big compliment. I do not drink, but I know this, if you drink Coors Light or whatever, it tastes the same in every bar on the planet, so the only difference is the staff serving it! I had Laura as my server and she's the sweetest woman ever! Fast service, we never had to ask for anything because she was seriously steps ahead of the game. Constantly refilling our waters and she's such a bright ray of sunshine. Extremely enjoyable experience and would recommend to everyone to come to this location and get seated in Laura's section. I literally cannot think of any small complaints. She really nailed a 5/5 experience. Super friendly, definitely knows what she's doing and does an amazing job at it. Super impressed!
