My recent experience was deeply disappointing, especially at a moment when I needed reliable service the most. A tire shop should be a place of urgency, competence, and support — unfortunately, I felt let down on every one of those points. When a customer arrives in a vulnerable situation, the bare minimum is clear communication and timely assistance; instead, I encountered delays, disorganization, and a level of indifference that left me genuinely frustrated. What should have been a straightforward visit became an unnecessarily stressful ordeal. A business in this industry has a responsibility to step up when people are depending on them — not to fall short when it matters most. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop to anyone who values consistency, professionalism, or follow-through. There are many other tire shops that take their customers’ needs seriously; I strongly suggest choosing one of them instead.
Steve and Nick have been awesome. We have been going to Bargain Tire for a few years with both vehicles. From quick tire swaps, oil changes or serious issues. We have received nothing but prompt, reliable, honest, service.
I had my E63 AMG serviced at Bargain Tire. They are a class act. Nick got the car in as soon as he could and got everything sorted. Steve the owner even drove to mississauga to get a part that was unavailable. I would recommend them for your service needs!
Excellent, professional service every time. I purchased tires not too long ago and recently went back to get more work done. Not only were they very affordable and provided top-notch service, but they also gave my vehicle a complimentary detailing. Steve and his staff are friendly and great to deal with. Would give 10 stars if I could! I showed up on their doorstep a couple weeks ago after getting a pretty bad tire leak on the way to work. They weren't even open yet, but Nick came out to check on my car and let me know they'd get to it as soon as the guys were in. They took it in, pulled out a massive nail and had me back on the road in no time. Nick made an otherwise stressful situation a million times better! Highly recommend this place!
