Made a 1:00pm and was texted n emailed numerous times only to get there at 12:55 and be told it will be about 20 min. A simple call to say we’re running behind, would have been nice. Came back 20 min later and it was done immediately n only took 10 min. Very fast
Was letting waiting almost an hour. For my tire change appointment. I can understand high volume = slow service. However, I spent 15 mins standing in front of the desk waiting to verify my appointment. No one asked for my car keys. While waiting trying to have a conversation with the guy behind the desk, he kept answering the phone and proceeded to speak to another customer and take a payment. Was told the receptionist needed to go to the back for a min. Had no problem, sat down and waited patiently. When the gentleman came back, he started to tend to someone else that spoke his language even though I was sat right in front of him and had been there first. THEN another customer came in and the receptionist tended to that customer. When I said “dont worry cancel the appointment” the receptionist goes “no we got your”. Had to cut him off and let him know that it’s impossible because they never even asked for my keys. He didn’t say much after that. Would have to say this was some of the worst service I have ever experienced. Anyone thinking about going here, don’t. Go to Fountain Tires, walked in 5 mins after this experience and asked about booking an appointment. They said they had appointments starting Tuesday as they are busy (understandably) but after hearing my horrid experience with Milton Tires. They took my car in right away. That’s true customer service
I brought my car in for a tire swap, the tires are already on the rims. Unfortunately the way my summer tires were placed back in my car caused damage. The tires were forcefully shoved back in with no regard for the best approach. My car is a 2025, one year old, no previous damage. I will not be returning.
Umer, the owner and all staff is very pleasant. Wonderful experience, very professional, reliable , honest and knowledgeable. I wish, I can give 6 stars. Must try this location.
