There is better customer service with the greeters at Walmart than this place. They treated a senior citizen woman like garbage. Horrible, condescending customer service. They are dangerously overcrowded in there that they can't even fit four tires in the whole shop - out of their own mouths! Maybe someone should have a look at why they are so packed? Probably a health and safety hazard. Kal-Tire is the place to go, complete opposite experience as always. Amazing customer service and they go out of their way for an elderly woman, at the drop of a dime. They got her in immediately, and didn't act like they were doing Go there instead, you will be happy with the decision.
Shoutout to Kyle at Fountain Tire! He went above and beyond to make sure my tires were perfect and I left happy. Great guy, great service — couldn’t ask for better!
Dealt with Kyle a few weeks back had a good experience. Dealt with Shawn with an over the phone estimate yesterday. Did not seem interested in getting back to me with an estimate because I am still waiting. I know it's ur busy season but ur a manager/owner and should have the skills to multi task. I am currently a 35 yr technician still working in the trade so I know how this business is structured.

The owner Kyle is great very helpful and very knowledgeable however when I told the mechanic who told me he was a proud German (nothing wrong with that) that I just came back from visiting a reserve to see my friend he had the audacity to tell me that (at least his grandparents didn’t steal land from natives) I don’t know what that is supposed to mean and honestly was very put off and didn’t want employment from kyle I just hope that derogatory and out of line comment doesn’t happen again
Had a great experience at this Fountain Tire location Shawn and Kyle are both very knowledgeable and went above and beyond in getting me the tires I wanted on my work vehicle as well as helping me find the optimal tires for my personal vehicle. The place is very clean and I would highly recommend coming here! This will definitely be my new go to location.
