If you know nothing about tyre and wheels' size and how it works. DON'T come here. Expertise & Customer service is zero, While making the deal they are good to cater you but as they sold the product, even though its there mistake; they don't commit and start putting fault on you. So after sales is Zero. Zero expertise: My car tire size is 235 40 R19 And company wheel size is 19x8. Bolt pattern is 5x 114.3 I have told them all about my car's tire size, wheel size and whats my purpose to drive. They didn't look at my specifications or concern about car and without getting my concern they installed 1 inch bigger size of tires ( 245 40 R19) and 19x 8.5 alloy wheels in my car, which cause me a problem while driving a car; wheels are now out of the body; and every small bump my car's tires rugged with car body and produce rattling noise, i had complaint to master tires about it and visited 3 to 4 times to Milton branch and Brampton branch, they were just passing the buck. Milton branch told me go to main branch as my problem will be resolved there ; but main branch at brampton told me go the milton branch where i got my package installed. After a long wait; they took action and changed my car tires and wheel; but as my car required tire size was 235 40 r 19, which is recommend by company but then they said they dont have 235 40 R19 and they don't assure me that this will resolve my issue so they said i have to go with one size down 225 40 r 19 so that car tires will not touch the body my problem will resolve but now the profile of tire got thinner which I now feels i m driving a car on wheels not on tyres. Moreover Firstly they install Haida brand tyres on my invoice now they install Vinmax v-02, which also put me in doubt as Haida is Better one , they didnt chnge any price after it they didn't tell me before that company fitted wheels are 8 inch wide and they installed 8.5 inch wide wheels. If they told me these things before i will go with the OEM Wheel not after market. So now every time i have to show extra concern on pit holes and curves while driving which would not be a big issue if that's car brand specified tires and wheels. So if you have no knowledge about wheels and tyres, So This is not the right spot to visit.
I purchased brand new tires off of them and had them install it. Was not balanced correctly also purchased a set of tires for my mother which was then sold the day of to a different customer really not impressed with their services stacked wheel weights on top of each other wheel constantly shake at high speed
