As a patient of a doctor in this office, the least I can expect is to get my prescriptions renewed almost effortlessly. I call my pharmacy when I require a renewal on a prescription that I have been taking for the majority of my life, they fax the doctor and all should flow smoothly. Rarely does it. Although my pharmacy has confirmation of the sent fax, it is not "attached to my file" so there is no indication of it being received. Whoever neglects to attach it to my file should pay more attention to their job. I'm tired of the blame game of it being the pharmacy's fault. I have gone without necessary medications because of this several times. So now, each time I need a renewal, I text my pharmacy with the request, wait 2-3 days, then call to see if they have received it yet from the doctor and when they say no, I have to call the clinic again and they say, have them send it again. Then I have to make the calls again to ensure it was "attached to my file" this time around. Days are wasted by this point. If simple things like this cannot be accomplished, it's no wonder our health care is in such a mess! Accountability is lacking. Many would say, that's what you get for "free" healthcare. People are dying waiting for our "free" healthcare. It wasn't always like this.

The clinic has a well-managed environment that makes every visit comfortable. My experience with Dr. Sidra Shoaib has been excellent. She is an incredibly kind, patient, and highly knowledgeable family doctor. Truly Recommended

Took so long to take us in even though we had an appointment. The doctor was more concerned about my 1 year old dropping a little bit of his snack bar than the issue at hand. He brought it up maybe 10 times during our visit and insisted I wipe the floor before I leave even though I picked up the big pieces he wanted me to mop it with my bare hands it seemed.

Extremely bad service, waiting time is too long even after appointment. Plus if you call to book an appointment you have to wait for sometimes 25-30 minutes just to talk to receptionist for booking appointment Do NOT choose your family doctor here if you have other option available

Dr Kamran Sarwat Is rude and disrespectful, I had to see her as my family dr Fiona wasn’t in yet. I was tryna explain to her what medication I take and I said “ Dr Fiona knows what works for me” can u believe this lady started screaming at me that I shouldn’t tell her what Dr Fiona knows. So I said ok I’ll shut up, only for h to ask me exactly what I was tryna tell her. At this point I’m searching for a n w family Dr, while I think Dr Fiona is amazing I won’t think a family dr who also does walk in is the best fit for me. I have a condition yet every month I gotta come get pain meds instead of having my meds on repeat or at least have my repeat in the system so when another dr sees my they know exactly what my family dr has approved for me to take. Cause when I have to see another dr I gotta explain everything and they don’t wanna give me what my dr gives me . I’m exhausted and I’m feeling let down by this health care system.

Receptionist is very rude, unorganized and has no acknowledgement or respect for privacy. As seen by the (owner) responses on here, there's no customer service whatsoever. It's a shame because Dr Hu is amazing.

Edit: the worst, stupid and careless services at its peak here. I came around 2:15 PM with my kid who is not feeling well . To my surprise, they told that the doctor can’t see the walk-in patient till 3PM even if there is no patients there. If it’s the case, please stop advertising this is the walk in clinic. I went there with a kid around 3PM for a walk-in clinic but I was told that there is no doctor available today. They told that the doctor would leave if there are no patients after 3PM. I think it would be great if there is a doctor during the clinic time, especially the walk-in hours available, otherwise there is no use of this facility as a walk-in clinic.

    We have strict policy for controlled substance. Sorry to hear your experience and surprised to hear as pts are always very happy with this doctor. We clarified with the doctor and had been told that controlled medicines cannot be renewed in 2-days if you used them all instead of how it is prescribed. Sorry if you got disappointed but it was for your better interest to provide best possible care.

    There is a sign about Walkin hours. Doctors are humans as well and they can see certain No of patients, once they reach capacity we have to close Walkin early.
