Horrible experience with this "walk-in" clinic. Walked in, stood in front of receptionist and another clinic staff and waited almost 5 mins before being acknowledged, while they spoke about patients problems. Advised that they are no longer accepting walk-ins at 1155hours because the doctor was going for lunch. On their website, advertised you are able to book a walk-in appointment. Told appointments are for patients with a registered doctor only.
I visited the clinic today and had a very comfortable experience. Thank you for the kind treatment, attention to detail, and timely appointments. The pharmacists were respectful and attentive, and the clinic was clean, well-organized, and gave a sense of trust and comfort. Even my children felt safe and well cared for — something that’s hard to find these days. Thank you to the entire team for the professional and pleasant service?
Receptionists are always talking so loudly on phone , mostly to their family members. So unprofessional as there is always miscommunication between doctors and receptionists. There is no traige. No nurse comes for temperature, blood pressure. Doctors are always in a rush. Better to avoid.
Terrible customer service, you take an appointment but still you land up waiting for more than an hour. The front staff especially the lady in burkha is very rude and defensive if you share the wait time concern. Walks in patient are taken first irrespective others having an appointment scheduled. Avoid it unless you have no other options.
Dr. Chandra has been our family doctor for 8 years since we've arrived in Milton. I have nothing to say but praises for her great work. As for St. George Medical Center, our experiences for this establishment is quite exceptional and greatly satisfies our medical needs.
Nice clinic with very experienced and knowledgeable doctors. Dr Fatema Chandra is my Doctor. She is very professional and approachable. She listens to my concerns and is never in a rush which I really appreciate. The pharmacist ( Hany) is very kind and generous. I really love this clinic because they respect your time. The wait period is short compare to other clinics. Kudos to the receptionists.
Dr Chandra is a wonderful GP. She is not in a hurry to finish the appointment or brush off our concerns. She is approachable and helpful. My daughter loves her. The front desk staff is very welcoming and friendly too. 5stars for St George Medical team
