This was the worst nightmare I have ever had. I am old and it’s very hard for me to move around I went to that clinic because a friend suggested it. I was met by Dr Karim Youssef he came into the room with a mask on his face and treated me like an unwanted patient. I came a very long distance to find a Doctor that only cares about himself and how many visits his clinic would get out of me. I left the clinic thanking God that he showed how he is. If he is your family Dr you would better find another one who cares about their patients more than how much money they will make of your visits.

Lilian the pharmacist is beyond amazing; she always smiles, care, answer all questions and even check on us. Dr. Hany Karras experience and knowledge always speaks to the integrity and high level service we had. Without hesitation SMMC is highly recommended.
The staff from the doctors to the nurses to pharmacist are just simply phenomenal. Lilian, Joyocie, and Mariana go above and beyond. I highly recommend the medical clinic and the pharmacy
I was very disappointed with my experience with Dr. Rafal Altalib. She refuses to examine male patients, which was only communicated after the fact. As a patient, this is extremely unprofessional—if a doctor has preferences on who they will or will not see, this should be made clear up front.
This is a great Medical Clinic for walk in, and pharmacy. The Doctor’s where very helpful to my problems and didn’t take them lightly. The front desk nurses are very respectful and help me find a well suited appointment time for my schedule. As well as the pharmacy, once they got my prescription, they did it right away and did not let me wait, the pharmacist as well explained my medications to me very clearly, which was very helpful. Overall very great, this is now my regular clinic.
Doctor Altalib is amazing such a caring and professional doctor we are so blessed to have her as our family doctor. Lyly and the pharmacy staff is also great. Staff at the reception is always nice and helpful. Definitely 5 stars ?
Went there as Walk in for a small child. We have been asked to wait in the room and we kept on waiting for 2 hours and no one see him. It's frustrating to see this place this as walk-in patient.
