Excellent experience all around. The staff here are incredibly kind and professional, from the front desk reception to the pharmacy team. They always greet with a warm smile, and the pharmacists go above and beyond to be helpful and knowledgeable. A special shout-out to the doctors who are commended for being thorough, compassionate, and attentive to patient needs. The clinic itself is clean, and the atmosphere is consistently positive. It’s rare to find a walk-in and pharmacy combination that feels this personal and efficient. Highly recommend!

Best walk in clinic . The doctor who saw me was extremely professional, attentive, and kind. She really listened to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and made me feel taken seriously. I truly appreciated the level of care I received.
I was bitten by a dog and went to the TrueCare Medical clinic, where I received excellent care. Dr. Sura and the reception staff, Misses Khushi and Nimra, were very kind and thorough. The medical store staff, including Amna Ma'am, were helpful in providing the necessary medications. Thank you to everyone for their care and expertise. I felt safe and well cared for.
Truecare medical clinic is where we've been going to for all our medical requirements even since we've been in Canada and it has been a very good experience. Dr. Sura is our family doctore and always have been helpful and available for our medical needs and have always advised us upfront whenever we have needed it. Staff member Miss Kushpreet has been always helpful whenever she is providing her services with a cheerful smile. All staff members are quite diligent and ensure patients' needs are fulfilled.
The only thing this clinic is good at is wasting time! I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come here and I would honestly give this place a 0/5 rating if I could. Seriously so incompetent it’s just sad.
Worst service. Receptionist and doctor is rude and don't know how to talk to people. They don't know what their own website says and understand that an appointment is booked to reduce wait.
