Unprofessional doctor!! Very rude, didn't even take any vitals or checks, just wants to process you through to get money from the government. If you care about your health and your loved ones health, avoid at all costs
This clinic has very bad management. I would not recommend anyone wasting time going here. I waited 30 minutes before opening time so I could be the first patient and when I went to receptionist, she said they only accept walk in for their own patients. Thats hugely discriminating, insulting and embarrassing. When I asked to speak to the manager, she refused to even give me their contact so I could report these people. They have a big board outside saying “Walk In”, they should change it to “Walk In for own patients only”. Thats just false marketing and wasting other people’s time. I was in a lot of pain and still they lacked basic empathy. If the manager sees this, hope they take an action.
Always able to get an appointment when needed. Dr. Salahuddin is amazing - she’s the family doctor for all my family so she always checks in on how everyone else is doing. If I need a quick prescription renewal or have a quick question, I’m always able to get that done/answered very quickly as well as the receptionists are amazing. Extremely impressed with the clinic lately!
The best experience with this clinic Dr.Jabeen is an amazing doctor and I have to mention Elsa (receptionist)she is awesome very helpful and kind always help me out with appointments , followups and prescriptions 5 star to her .
It’s difficult to review a doctors office. There are so many elements that impact the visit. I love the doctor and she was very thoughtful and helpful. However, I kept calling all morning and was clicked. Like the receptionist just ended the call instead of answering. When I showed up at walk-in time he said he was dealing with too many people. So he hung up on three separate call attempts. He didn’t seem to care, had puffy sleepy face. Felt like I was trying to get my son up for school. lol. I waited an hour. Was out in a room that had just been used for an exam and it smelled like poop. The chair was next to a partially open trash can packed full of exam table paper etc. I had to open the door for air. I could hear every single word in the exam room down the hall. Every word. Like get a white sound machine? It’s not private. Not at all. My advice-good doctors be zen and ignore all the rest. Whisper and hopefully they will get some music in the front and white sound in the back.
I have been a patient with Thompson Medical Clinic for a few years. They are responsive to my needs in a friendly manner. The secretary is extremely helpful and personable. I am grateful for having the assistance needed at my difficult times
Amazing Doctor who listens patiently and goes the extra mile to help you and to avoid another visit for no reason. Receptionist is very kind and helpful at all times too. I hope they stay the same !
